Hi and welcome - glad you stopped in. I'm Patti Bolles, the resident bead artist, a full time glass enthusiast, bead maker and jewelry designer.
May 2nd...Morning, well a month has passed and here I am in sunny Florida still...I hope to fly home for a week or so...I've had an emergency at home now...my youngest son was in an auto accident and has a spinal injury...my Dad has been in and out of the hospital now and is currently having physical therapy at a local rehab facility...so it's down to a dull roar here and I can return home for a bit...seems when it rains it pours...I am looking forward to seeing my family soon...I don't know if I'll be able to renew my relationship with Hot Stuff...my torch, and make some beads...but it's definitely on my mind too! Sincerely hope everyones summer gets off to a happier start than mine has...but keeping my spirits up and all will work out...have a good one...I'll check in again!!! (someday I'll get some new beadies up, I promise!!!)
April 12th...Morning all...well here I am still in sunny Florida...we've had a bit of bad news in respect to my Dad...so I've extended my visit for at least another couple of weeks...trying to get his treatments all lined out and some semblance of routine set up...I'll be here until that happens??? I miss my torch...and my family and my kitty and puppy dog more than can be imagined...but at least I'm in a very beautiful spot on the map...and I'm needed...so here I am...I'll try to post periodically here so I can let you know when I'm home...Good Wishes to all...
April 2nd...Well folks...I'm flying off into the wild blue yonder tomorrow for a few weeks...I'm going to visit my father for a bit...and enjoy some warm Florida sunshine...it's been snowy and icy here the last week...so the change will be most welcome!!! No specials for awhile and actually I'll not be shipping until I return...so any items purchased won't be shipped until mid April or the first of May...have a wonderful Spring...see ya when I return!!!
March 2nd...busy week...lots of new beads...I've just listed new auctions on ebay...linkola at the bottom of this page...take a look! And...a new weekly special here...great blues...my favorite lately...think it's the blues skies I've been wishing for...but they are here today and I was able to get some great photos...now I want to go out and play in my yard...but the torch is calling...so I'm off to torch a bit...have a great week and Thanks for checking in with me...
February 26th...Nice sunny day here again...we so deserve this!!! Our little Buddy dog disappeared a couple of weeks ago and I have been just sick...but he was returned on Sunday...so all is well that ends well...he was visiting a local family here...and they said he was a very good house guest...if they only knew!!! but they took wonderful care of him and he wormed his way into their hearts too...I am just so incredibly appreciative that he was so well cared for and that he made it home...he really is a very good buddy!
I bought some new glass last week and have been playing...so there will be lots of new items on the boro page...I'm also planning on sitting down and creating some new earring pairs...I've got some ideas rambling around in my head that I really want to try out...so keep checking...and remember to check out my Ebay auctions too!!!
February 15th...Beautiful day in the Pacific NW...finally some sunshine to shout about!!! The last couple of days have been just gorgeous...so I took some "outside" photos...really shows off the rubiness of these beads!!! February 4th...I have been torching most of the day...lots of beads tomorrow! I've just added new bracelet and earring sets...or I have listed them individually this time so you can purchase them separately now...if you decide to get the set I will give you a 10% discount...for Valentines! I still have several boro heart pendants...and they come on a black cord...so they make a perfect gift! Hope the sun is shining where you are...it's gray and dull today...chilly...but not freezing...which is a plus I suppose...I normally really like the Pacific NW gray...but I'm wanting some sunshine to cheer me up right now!!! Guess it's just been too gray for too long...I'm taking off Friday the 8th for a few days...hopefully we will run into some sun then...will be back by the 13th...so if you're needing Valentine gifts..Please let me know by the 8th...Have a great week!

Viking Knit Bracelet
Here's some quick pics of my new Viking Knit bracelet I made for myself...using a couple of my Faux Boro beads...I just love it...this is my very 1st viking knit...from a class I took...but not my last...they are so much fun to create...and wear!
